Hi,
My Host OS is Vista SP1 and Guest OS is Windows Server 2003 Std.

I installed SQL Server 2005 Developer Editiion on my guest OS. Now my
question is how I can connected to the SQL Server installed in the guest OS,
from Host OS. Is this possible ? If so, how ?

Any help will be appreciated.

Thankx.

you want to post to the Microsoft Virtual PC group down the hall ----->

This is the MACINTOSH Virtual PC group, which is no longer supported.
We still try to get that last bit of umph out of it until we have to
give up our PPC systems for Mac Intel systems.

One thing I've noticed in our group is that when some tries to run SQL
Server from the Macinosh VPC product, they can't. It's got
self-modifying code or something that doesn't play well in emulation or
something like that. My guess, try MySQL Server on a non-virtual
environment. It will probably work there.
