I use microsoft vista home basic in my laptop. I use microsoft virtual
pc and use windows xp in virtual operating system. But I can't use pen
drive in that operating system(os). how can i use it? please help
me........

You should ask this in the VPC news groups, not the Macintosh VPC news
group. Don't know if the OS that's installed on VPC is the same type as
that installed on Mac's version in that they're OEM releases and not
fully bootable. I can boot off floppy and CD from VPC. If if it's not
recognizing that, it may be a foible of VPC. You can try another
virtualizing package instead.
