Mouse Movement Delayed

I justed loaded Virtual PC to my HP laptop with Vista, so that I can access
work programs. I loaded Windows XP to the Virtual PC and the mouse movement
is delayed. When I move the mouse it takes a few seconds for it to go where
I want it to. Does anyone have a solution?

There is a VPC Windows group where you are much more likely to get an
