vpc 6 on tiger question

I have used an upgrade disk to upgrade my VPC 5 running on Tiger to VPC 6.
The only shortcut/program link I can find for VPC opens VPC 5. How do I
create a desktop shortcut to my VPC 6 upgrade install to run it?

select the vpc 6 icon and pick make alias from finder's file menu (or
press cmd-l). you can also command-drag the original to wherever you
want the alias to be it will create and drag a new alias file rather
than the actual file. this works for making an alias to anything.

and you really should upgrade to vpc 7.x if possible.
