Removing Virtual PC

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Power PC

Hi.

I need to do a clean removal of Virtual Pc from my G4 Powerbook. I am sure I need to remove more bits and pieces than just the app in Applications. Also how do I locate and remove the associated XP/Vista files too? A checklist would be great. Can anyone help me?
