Loading Drivers through VMWare

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

I have a user that has a printer connected to his MAC machine and has no problem. He is using VM Fusion to run a Windows machine on the same machine. However, the printer does not show up in Windows and I can't figure how to get the driver over to the Windows VM. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
