Crash on launch...multiple times

I am running 10.5.6 on PPC G4 Powerbook. For at least the last year
it takes me three or more attempts to get VPC to launch without
crashing. I have not figured out a pattern or sequence of steps that
I need to take to ensure that it does start. I have a Windows 2000
and Windows XP setup and sometimes if I succeed in starting one, I can
get the other to work, but it seems more happenstance than repeatable.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

Try the usual Mac Voodoo. Run Disk Permissions and delete the PLIST File
(Actually move it to the Desktop and launch VPC) and make sure you have the
latest VPC 7.03 patch installed.

Thanks, Fred, but I've done all of those steps before and they didn't
make a difference.

Try uninstalling VPC and re-installing it. Possibly something in the
VPC.app folder is messed up?
