Well I grabbed the Beta of Windows 7 last week. I tried it out under VPC
2007 for Windows and it went on without a hitch. So I was pretty sure it
would go on like Vista did on VPC for the Mac.
I tried twice this morning and it has failed to go on. I get an error near
the beginning of copying the files from DVD.
Makes it look like the DVD is bad. I will have to re-install Windows 7 from
the DVD on my Windows box with VPC 2007 to verify that the DVD is still
good.

Works fine. There are several threads in the VPC-Windows newsgroup
regarding it.
This is the VPC-Mac newsgroup.

I know this is the Mac group.

I am attempting to install Windows 7 under VPC 7.03 on my dual G5. I got
Vista going under VPC for Mac but it was a bit pokey for day to day use. I
want to see how Windows 7 is in comparison.

Sorry, I misread your post, when you referenced the VPC 2k7 for
Windows...
